Trashap is a mobile app for Android and iOS smartphones to create awareness about trash scattered around in cities, forests, streets, neighbourhoods, .... With Trashap users can locate trash by taking a trashie (a picture including GPS position) and upload it in the app. The trashies are visualised on Google maps and can be shared on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Trashap includes a ranking for users posting trashies. Users start as a trash squire and can climb up to trash king or trash queen.
Infanion developed Trashap as part of its corporate social resonsibility program. Used technologies are Android, iOS and Python for the back-end.
