About us.

Infanion was founded in 2010 by Stephan De Pla and Peter Moens as a Drupal development company. As our customers’ needs grew, we evolved into a full-stack custom software development company. Today, we are almost 100 professionals in Belgium and India, building business-critical software for organisations around the world.

In January 2023, we asked ourselves: 'How could AI improve our own software development lifecycle (SDLC)'? Drawing on our long-standing experience in full-stack software development, we invested in AI, researched its potential and experimented with it. We made mistakes, learned from them and built practical AI expertise along the way. We set out to pioneer AI-driven software development.

In 2025, that work resulted in the first version of Ailyce, which brought AI into the development stage of our internal SDLC. What began as an internal platform has since evolved into an AI-driven SaaS platform. Today, Ailyce brings AI into every stage of the SDLC and provides one place where AI, our customers and our experts work together.

Our work with AI also extends beyond software development. With The Fraim, our platform to develop, maintain and run agentic crews, we help organisations apply AI to their own processes. This builds on our broader experience in automation, including RPA.

We have delivered software on four continents: Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. We work with organisations of every size, from start-ups and SMEs to multinational corporations.
