He has built a strong technical and management track record at Infanion India, progressing from Test Engineer & Business Analyst to Lead Test Engineer & Business Analyst and Head of Delivery.

Born and raised in Belgium with Indian roots, Baljit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science from UCLL (Belgium). 

He has built strong technical, functional and project management expertise at Infanion Belgium, progressing from Full-Stack Developer to Functional Analyst, Project Manager and Head of Project Management and Functional Analysis.

Manikandan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (India). 

His background combines technology, product development and management, with roles at Startime Apparels, Webcrea Technologies and Infanion India.

Snigdha holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from JGI, Bangalore (India). 

She has built her career in human resources and recruitment, with roles at Alp Management, Infotech Explorer India Pvt Ltd, and JSoft Solutions Ltd.

Stephan holds a Master’s degree in Physics Engineering from Ghent University (Belgium). 

He has extensive experience in business consulting, strategy and management, with roles at Procter & Gamble (P&G), McKinsey & Company, and as a director at CSI, a business consultancy firm specializing in Lean.

Stephan works from the Infanion office in Tremelo (Belgium).

Peter holds a Master’s degree in Modern History from the University of Leuven (Belgium). 

His career spans entrepreneurship, sales and corporate management, with roles at Procter & Gamble (P&G), Lernout & Hauspie (L&H), and as co-founder and director of Alturion, later acquired by Punch Telematix.
