AbsoluteCORE — The digital backbone for staffing and payroll
AbsoluteCORE is a cloud-based SaaS platform developed for AbsoluteYOU, supporting the digital delivery of its staffing and payroll services to Belgian businesses. It connects employers, temporary employees and AbsoluteYOU professionals, from onboarding and planning to time registration, contracts and payroll.
Planning is at the heart of AbsoluteCORE. Employers manage shifts, locations and schedules, while employees register working hours using QR-based clock-in and clock-out. Validated time registrations flow into contracts and payroll, connecting the different stages of the staffing process.
The platform also digitalizes the administration behind temporary employment. Employee and contract information, Dimona declarations and payroll data are integrated into the workflows, together with the specific requirements of Belgian employment regulation. Agreements and other documents can be generated and digitally signed.
AbsoluteYOU & Infanion — Building the digital backbone together
Infanion developed AbsoluteCORE together with AbsoluteYOU, translating its expertise in temporary staffing and payroll into an integrated digital platform. Rather than digitalizing individual tasks, the objective was to connect the different steps of the staffing process into one coherent flow.
Onboarding leads into planning, planning into time registration, and validated working hours into contracts, Dimona declarations and payroll. Employers, employees and AbsoluteYOU professionals each interact with the same underlying process from their own perspective, while integrations connect the platform with the systems needed to complete the payroll process.
What started as the digitalization of a complex staffing process became an important part of how AbsoluteYOU delivers its services — turning staffing and payroll expertise into digital impact.
